I have a schedule, every morning is poop time and after that it is just wet heaven.
Every now and then I have an accident and when I do I use plastic Lang over pants to conceal smell and protect my clothes.

Warning off topic:

How can anyone find a suitable mate while incontinent, I am a transgendered male and now female and into other females for partners. I like the AB/DL scene and look butch but am looking for a fem partner. How do I get one, lol? I know this is off topic but I thought I would throw it in anyways.

I use chlorophyll, but I like spicy food, and my body doesnt always react the same with spicy food, its too dang inconsistent. Many times my poop has little smell to it, and thats fine, but when it really smells, I get so embarrassed, I just avoid anyone and anything, because the smell, and not just poop, but farts as well, can be killer. I guess maybe I need more fiber in my diet or something. I eat vegetables and breads and fresh fruit, but I do enjoy hot peppers, and that liquifies my poop, and gives me gas...so. Anyone know a solution to the after effects of hot peppers?

It isnt that big a deal. The first sit is the most important, for a woman anyway. I have to sit in a way that pushes it back. After that, is is just in there and I deal with it. NULLO is a pill that kills lots of the odors.

A long skirt and long coat will help me feel much easier if I'm in public and have a mess.

If I have worries I will take an enema in the morning which usually keeps me without a messy diaper most of the day.

For me, the problem with messy diapers is rashes more than smell, but a healthy amount of A+D Cream solved that problem. As for smell, I started eating healthy, a lot of fruits and vegetables and granola and nuts and I never have a smell problem anymore.

Good article, I like your blog, I'll visit more often for sure!

I can answer Richards question, I think, but chime in Adrian if you like. For me, it's a matter of regularity; eating the same sorts of foods and working out regularly every day. If you do this, you can get your body to poop on a schedule that you can work around, for the most part. Illness and interruptions to this schedule can be a problem, but if you're careful, wash your hands a lot and all that, you can live a pretty normal life without worrying about a stinky diaper in a meeting. In 15 years of corporate work, I've never had an issue I couldn't get around, and no one knows my problem- I would be horrified if they did. I do, of course, wear a diaper to work, but its for insurance more than anything. I can often not poop in my diaper and just sit on the toilet at set times a day and push out a lot of it.

On the other hand, if its a weekend and I'm out and about and my fun schedule doesn't allow for my "giving it a shot" at the toilet, then I just go about my business knowing I will end up pooping my diaper at some point and just deal with it when it happens.

and, to be frank - more than I should, perhaps - I get turned on by a poopy diaper. I don't know why Adrian and others here pretend its not a sexual thing, as well, when it should be, if it isn't. How else do you deal with this other than to have fun with it? I could jump off a bridge, I suppose. And I think I would if all I was doing my entire life was "managing" my incontinence. How humiliating! Fess up and get real. IT's a turn on to use our diapers - pee and poop. At least for a while. I've sat in enough cold-poopy diapers to know how uncomfortable that can be, but I can usually change within an hour or two, max. And I've learned to walk pretty normally even with a huge load in my pants - and mine tend to be big loads.

Thanks very much for sharing your tips, Adrian!!!!

So your fecal incontinent, Does that mean you can control when you pee? If you can, do you pee anyway because you wear diapers..or do you go to the bathroom when you can to pee?

Hi

I have often wondered how you have coped with the poopy diaper as you have sometimes said that you have had to stay in it at work for a while. How ever do you cope if it happens in the middle an important work meeting when you can't go and do a quick change? Surely the plastic pants don't manage to conceal that smell that well?
