I recently gave into my urge of wearing a diaper and bought my first pack of adult diapers; when I wet in them for the first time I leaked To correct the problem, I bought a pack of size 5 pampers and used them as a booster inside the adult diaper. This works well and I had no leaks!!!! Also…I have giggle incontinence and leak small amounts of urine when I laugh, cough or sneeze; I don’t really need to wear a adult diaper to help this problem, but am now thinking that a small pamper inside my underwear would help me have less accidents in public.

i use abena abri let maxi without the plastic backing…. great for feeling and performance…..

while i have not tried the bambino booster the abena abri-let maxi boost is huge! I mean it was as if they took the padding area between the leak gaurds of an abena x plus and just lifted it out into a boost pad. I remember when i bought a bag of these booster and was like OMG THIS BAG IS HUGE! I mean it was double the size of the bag of abena diapers itself. As far as absorbancy it was so absorbant they took a single flooding and and make it like i just had a little sprinkling in the diaper itself while the pad was well soaked. Not too bad of pad to try out. As far as padding for ab/dl it’s big so nice plus there. Worth a check one time at least.

for the higher quality diapers like abena, molicare or bambino i use http://www.b4ns.com in Canada, they ship out of Quebec and are fairly reasonable in price and shipping time

The only thing I don’t like about the Bambino boosters is that stupid line of sticky stuff. I’ve never had trouble with a liner shifting and it sometimes messes up the diaper. I hate that!

I am a side sleeper too, so I am very interested in the quadro+bambino combo since you first mentioned it. Alas, i still cant get them easily living out side the US.

Funny how the cloth diapers in Japan are wonderful, but the adult diapers here are so not good. Considering the aging population here, this is going to mean a lot of messy beds!

I side sleep and use the quadro booster pads. They make a big difference in my bambinos at night and during the day. My mom likes them cause I dont have to get changed as often and she knows I dont need to be reminded as often to change my diaper when she is not here with me.

I have to agree with you about the Bambino Quadro. I sleep on my side mostly and they have made for a lot more dry sheets in the morning. I also have to agree about the tranquility there ok but no where near the quadro.
