ABUNIVERSE CUSTOMER SERVICE
This is a pitiful excuse for a company. I have tried for 3 weeks to reach them their 800 number is always busy and the other number on the invoice goes to voice mail. They advertised a buy one get one so i ordered and didn't get the get one so I will stick with bambinos as they always answer my calls and even call me back. As far as I'm concerned you can take your new overnight and stuff them up a monkeys bottom. I will definitely spam this across all the message boards, yahoo groups, fetlife, collar me, any where that is ab aware. Thanks for your outstanding freaking customer service ya scam artist.

I have to toss in my two cents here about the ABU's. I purchased a sample pack for my wife. When I showed her what they were, she actually like them too-normally she's indifferent. So we got the chance to break them out one night and WOW is all I can say. Absolutely wonderful fit, she said they were more comfortable than the others she had tried. I wouldn't go as far as saying they hold a ton, but they did hold just well enough for her, if I recall she said she wet about 3 times. My only criticism, and mind you it's a tiny one, is the width of the design on the front. If I could I would choose the actual design (not the tape landing zone, but the print) to be about an inch or so less in width. For me though this isn't enough of a bother of course to be at all concerned about. I'm going to reorder as soon as they have more in.

Stacy, you say they "hold a ton" - what do you mean? Multiple wettings or large messes? Diapers, in my experience, handle these distinct types of volumes differently. I tend towards larger messes and really do need the room sometimes. Any personal experience there would be helpful. Thanks

Hi Stacy,
I agree about AB Universe. Yes, I need an Adult Small or Youth disposable, but way back when my husband and I bought a case of AB Universe Medium we found a way to slightly modify the tape tabs to better fit me. I only wore them a couple of times a week, and I admit I had not re-visited their website until I ran out in mid-January. My attempt to immediately reorder was frustrated, but Jenny responded that she expected to have a new cargo container about Feb 22. I placed an order for 2 cases for me and a bag of 20 for a good friend in Texas. My cases were delivered at 12:15pm Thursday and our friend got his diapers at 2:40pm Friday, just as Jenny promised.

Bambino Classico Small are very nice diapers and they do fit me unmodified. Personally I consider myself the most fortunate person to live where I have a choice of two brands of decorated adult disposable diapers.

What is the future? Inside the first case we opened is a fascinating card that just says "Thicker" with no explanation. Clearly AB Universe is planning something, which means Bambino must have plans as well.

This reminds me of mad Magazine and "Spy vs Spy"

Competition has to be a good thing for users of adult diapers. Would we want a world where the only option was Depend?
