My mother uses the Assurance Maximum X-Large and will not use anything else. She is sold on these. Unfortunately we sometime had problems finding the x-large and I find that I go from one Walmart to another looking for them.

I agree--the Assurance diapers from Wal-Mart are great! I love the soft plastic, and they fit very well. Plus, they're inexpensive! A great buy if you're in a pinch and can't wait to order diapers.

I went and bought a bag of large wal-mart diapers for $9.95 I think and found them to be a fair diaper , at least they still have the plastic outer cover that I love and feel pretty good. It's getty hard to find a cheaper diaper that has plastic and holds a fair amount of pee.

I don't know if the Wal Mart diapers are different in the US than they are in Canada, but I used to find them on par with Depend diapers. But since Depend switched to the "Maximum Protection" branding and increased the absorbency, there's really no comparison (for me at least). Although I'll certainly agree with you on the "feel" of the diaper. The Wal Mart brand diapers are very soft indeed.
