Satisfaction of a Messy Diaper

May 8, 2009 – 4:11 pm | by Adrian

I have been meaning to write about this topic for some time now but never got around to it because I always thought of something else or had something else to write.  But, first off, some people seem to think that just because I am incontinent means that the whole “diaper loving” thing goes out the window and does not exist for me.  They are correct AT FIRST, when I was younger I will admit that diapers were a burden on me but then coming to the realization that they were going to be a part of my life – you learn to deal with something and make the absolute best out of it.  So, slowly from between middle school and the end of high school I became more and more accepting and loving of diapers.  And, it just grew from there.  So, the aspects that many typical diaper lovers and adult babies enjoy – I enjoy most of them as well.  I love the feeling of a wet diaper, having a diaper change, the crinkle noise, and the feel of a messy diaper.  I am going to try and describe what it is about a messy diaper that I like and makes me feel satisfied, I guess you could say.

A messy diaper for many is probably is the ultimate babyish feeling when wearing diapers because it represents the ultimate loss of control and needing to be changed.  That is probably one of the main reasons I love the feeling of a messy diaper.  When you mess in your diaper its a feeling of satisfaction because now you have done the ultimate babyish thing.  There you are sitting in a poopy diaper needing someone to change you.  I like that feeling.  I am lucky that I have Peter to be there whenever I do accidentally poop my diaper.  He makes sure to take care of everything because he knows I like when he takes control in situations like that.  So, here is how it goes down a lot of times.  I come home from work and typically he gets home before I do so he is watching TV (usually sports lol) and I just come in and put my stuff down and kiss him “Hello”.  Then, I usually get on the computer and check everything and for some reason that period of the day (evening) is a trigger for something in me to poop.  Sometimes I feel it kind of coming and sometimes I don’t – if you don’t have fecal incontinence then its an extremely hard feeling to describe when you have to poop.  You can’t control it but sometimes know it is coming.  So, that is a big time when I mess my diaper and Peter knows to check me a lot of times around that time based on history.  So, I will go start making dinner and he will usually wander into the kitchen and pull back my diaper and check me.  Which, by the way is probably one of my FAVORITE feelings is just the act of having him check me.  Then, when he knows I pooped my diaper he will let me finish what I am doing and change me.  But, I will say that I don’t like being in a poopy diaper too long because it can get uncomfortable and I am not the biggest fan of the smell.  I like the bulky feeling at first but once you start moving around and sit down and a few times – it can become uncomfortable with the fecal matter against my butt.  So, I typically like to be changed if possible within 30-40 minutes of messing my diaper.  But, it is more the satisfaction of feeling babyish and the needing to be changed that really makes me love it.  I mean, I do like the feeling of a poopy diaper physically, but I like the babyish mentality of it more.  Sort of hard to describe, honestly.  But, hopefully I got my point across…Oh, and hopefully you enjoyed the photo I included with this post.

Peter is Starting a New Blog

May 6, 2009 – 1:50 am | by Adrian

So, big news for everyone today – Peter is officially starting a new blog.  He even bought a domain name for it and everything so once he gets it setup and somewhat up and running I will release the name and URL of the blog.  I had many requests for him to start back up and he got a number of requests to so he decided he would do just that.  Hopefully, everyone supports his blog as much as mine.  If there are specific things you would like him to write about then feel free to leave a comment and I will definitely pass it on to him.  Hopefully everyone is having a terrific week – remember, smile everyone :-)

Keys to the Mental Aspect of Wearing Diapers in Public

May 4, 2009 – 6:25 am | by Adrian

Wearing a diaper in public can truly be a terrifying and stressful situation at first.  I know because I was forced to get used to it from a young age.  Let me tell you that there are certain tricks that I have learned to tell myself that have really simplified the habituation process of getting use to wearing a diaper in public.  Overcoming that fear and stress of the various things you worry about which may range from everything of “I might get caught” to “what if I wet or mess my diaper and someone notices”.  These things can all be dealt with as long as you sit back and think about the possible situations, prepare yourself for them and mentally handle yourself appropriately.  Here are my keys mentally with wearing a diaper in public:

  1. Be Confident: You have to be confident when it comes to wearing a diaper in public.  If you give off signs that you are uncomfortable or doing something ’strange’ then others pick up on that.  If you are wearing a diaper and carry yourself like its nothing and just normal than others will pick up on that as well.  People will most likely associate it with a medical condition and it will completely be looked over and not a big deal.
  2. You Will Never See Them Again: This is a trick that has helped me out immensely.  Ok, so someone happens to spot you wearing a diaper…honestly, what is the likelihood of you ever meeting or seeing that person again?  So, what is the worry?  You have no relation to them, no ties or anything of that regard so what is the big deal?  I recognize that to an extent if you are truly trying to hide it from a certain person (aka: parent) then use common sense in regards to wearing a diaper and what not.
  3. Be Prepared with Supplies: Being prepared and having all your supplies ready for if something were to happen while wearing your diaper out in public will really help you better relax.  For example, if you poop your diaper in public then you want to make sure you have an extra diaper, baby powder, plenty of wipes, and just in case a extra set of clothes in case the smell gets into your clothes for some reason.  This can all be mitigated by wearing plastic pants which really helps cut down on the smell of a poopy diaper.  But, being prepared with supplies is key.
  4. Have a Plan: Formulating a plan before going out in your head will make you not only more comforted but also more confident.  If you poop your diaper here, or wet your diaper there, or if someone you know comes up to you…these are all important aspects to take into consideration.  But, if you address these situations beforehand and know how to react and what to do then it reduces down a lot on the worries and stresses.

These are some of my keys that I learned from and truly helped me get accommodated with not caring about another person seeing my diaper and what not.  Obviously, it doesn’t come over night but with practice and keeping these keys in mind they can really help you get use to wearing diapers in public not only safely but more comfortably.

My Monthly Cost for Adult Diapers

April 30, 2009 – 5:56 am | by Adrian

Someone asked a question about roughly how much do I spend a month on diapers.  That is actually a really good question.  I truly had to sit there and think about exactly what I buy in a month.  So, here is the breakdown of what I spend roughly per month on adult diapers and diaper related products (i.e. baby powder, vaseline, etc).  In regards to diapers I probably spend in the range of $70 a month on adult diapers.  I typically order one case of Bambino Diapers a month so that runs a lot cheaper now since they came out with their new lower prices (helped me out a lot!).  Then, I typically order 1 package of Attends diapers a month so that is roughly $20 give or take…so, it comes out to roughly $70-$80 per month on adult diapers alone.  Which, is not too bad.  A lot of times I still have some leftover from the previous month so I may not order as many diapers the next month – it just depends whether I have more accidents or messes that month.  Just varies.  In regards to the baby accessories – I typically spend probably $10 a month on this sort of stuff.  Mainly that is wipes because messes typically take a bit more wipes to clean up so I usually buy the refiller pack of Pampers Swipers (thicker wipe for “big messes”) which runs roughly $6.  Then, probably $4 for maybe some additional baby powder or baby vaseline to prevent chaffing.  Sometimes, I will buy Desitin so that factors into the cost per month sometimes.

Obviously, this varies certain months but on average that is roughly the amount spent on diapers per month.  I have a huge stash of diapers honestly so if I wanted to take off a few months and not buy any diapers then I could but I am the type of person that likes to feel comforted about having a lot of diapers.  I know, I know – I am strange like that.  But, I would estimate that I probably have over 500 diapers at any given time.  Many are still in their case boxes but yeh.  Being incontinent makes you always prepared for the worst so I make sure I have a good stock of adult diapers and baby accessories such as baby powder and wipes on hand just in case.

Hopefully that answered your question on how much I spend roughly on diapers per month.  I am curious how different I am compared to others…what does everyone else spend ‘roughly’ of course on diapers and baby accessories per month?

Question for my Readers

April 24, 2009 – 5:45 am | by Adrian

So, I had a quick question and I will leave it completely up to my readers and visitors.  I was thinking about putting 1 or 2 Adsense ads on my blog that are non-obtrusive to maybe help offset the cost of running my server costs a bit.  I mean I know I wouldn’t make much from Adsense but I was wondering if I added it would anyone mind it and would you support me by clicking some of the ads sometimes when you visit my blog?  Of course, it would not be anything obtrusive or distasteful.  But, I wanted to get my reader’s opinions before I decided on anything because after all I want my readers to be happy to and not be bothered by some simple ads.  So what do you think?

The United States ABDL Community

April 20, 2009 – 6:49 am | by Adrian

I have been asked by many people outside the United States what the ABDL community is like here.  To be honest, I have never truly participated in an ABDL ‘meeting’ or anything of that sort.  I have met up with another girl that wears diapers before and I have met a few other women who have actually had to wear diapers from incontinence (met them at an incontinence support group a long time ago).  I have seen quite a few postings for the US in regards to meetings and ‘munches’.  I think there is even a group that gets together and goes camping.

I live in North Carolina and I know there is a group that meets about an hour and half or so away from me once a month.  I mean I would say there are multiple meeting opportunities but I honestly have trouble making them because I quite busy or have other obligations I have to attend to.  Plus, hearing certain peoples talk online and through message boards saying extremely inappropriate stuff as well as how mean people can be makes me very cautious about just showing up to these things.  Unfortunately, as with any group, not just ABDLs – there are always those select few that ruin the ‘fun’ for many of us.  Not to say I would never meet other ABDLs but I am the type of person that would want to not only talk online to someone before I met them anywhere but also over the phone just to get a sense of who it is.  You never can be too careful who you meet nowadays.

Honestly, I wish there was a central ‘base’ online where people could easily setup meetings and times of get togethers so that all ABDLs could check it and setup times or look if anything is going on near them.  It would have to be something that is very universally known among ABDLs so everyone used it otherwise it would just disappear and not be very succesful.  I thought about trying to set something like that up but, not exactly sure how.  I think it would be neat though and I think it would facilitate things for people trying to meet other ABDLs.

How I Put My Diaper On

April 16, 2009 – 3:19 am | by Adrian

So, I get a lot of questions on how exactly I go about putting my diaper on and I see a lot of posts on message boards on the best way to put a diaper on.  So, I am going to tell you what works with me.  This is not to say it is the best for you but it works the best for me.  It also varies by diaper how I do it but mostly remains the same.

For the typical Bambino Diaper that I wear most often – I usually put it on while I am laying down.  It is easier and also gives me the best fit.  So, first I spread out the diaper in front of me making sure every thing is unfolded properly.  Then, I put the powder actually on the diaper before I get down on it so I can see where it all goes and there is no need to actually put the powder on any of my ‘areas’ if I put enough on the actual diaper seat, backing, and front area.  Then, I lay down on it positioning the diaper so that the diaper is higher in the back and comes just below my belly button in the front.

Then, being careful to keep the flaps straight when taping the diaper otherwise it can get that ‘cutting into you feeling’ if you happen to have tight clothes on (i.e. me with my typically tight jeans).  I always tape up the top tabs first so that I can position my legs afterwards to make sure that diaper is correctly aligned on my body before taping up the bottom ones.  You want to allow your legs to be able to move freely and not tape the two lower tabs too low otherwise it can cause discomfort in multiple ways.  So, I tape the two bottom tabs still laying down.  Some people say they stand up to do that but I have never done it that way.

Once the diaper is fully taped up, I stand up and make sure everything looks good.  Sort of wiggle my legs to get the seat of the diaper ‘loose’ and I will typically fold the front of the Bambino Diaper down a bit.  I like that little blue colors in the front of the Bambino’s when you fold it down – I don’t know I think it kind of has a cute and babyish look to it but, that is just me.  So, nothing complicated or extravagant but for those wondering how I put my diapers on – there you go.

The only advice I have is to not tape the tabs too tight otherwise it can cause a lot of discomfort that you necessarily won’t feel immediately but as you move about the day, the tightness will definitely become more prevalent and start cutting into you if its too tight and be very discomforting.  So, make it snug I guess is the keyword here.  A snug diaper is a perfect diaper after all.  And, a little thing I always do if I am not wearing any pants is I like to have the little ‘pouch’ of the seat of the diaper (esp. the Bambino’s do this well) stick out.  I don’t know what it is but its something that I like to do so I will typically maneuver the diaper so as to get that little pouch sticking out between the seat of the diaper and back.  I am sure some of you know what I am referring too…lol sort of hard to describe.

My Readers Have Spoken

April 13, 2009 – 5:09 am | by Adrian

So, my readers have spoken and it looks to be a consensus on what will make my blog better overall.  I have received many suggestions so far but the biggest one seems to be to post more often.  I can definitely do that and I will do that.  I will post at least once everyday…it might not all be diaper related because something diaper related doesn’t happen to me everyday of course.  But, hopefully you all will be interested in a bit more about my life and my daily happenings too.  I also received a suggestion about a live chatroom where I would be on to talk and answer questions like 2 times a week.  Not a bad suggestion, the only thing I would request is that it does not turn into a chatroom where people get “nasty” to each other about things as I have seen in other chatrooms.  My whole goal for this blog is that it remain natural, clean, and organized.  So, I will look for a chatroom software that I can install into Wordpress that will possibly allow me to do that.  Many of you have also requested more photos…which I thought would be a big one.  I will try to post photos more often.  The only thing I ask is that you be understanding as I am not always thinking about taking photos everyday or every week for that matter as I am busy between my job and hanging out with friends and what not.  But, note taken and I will definitely try to do that a bit more…in fact here is one of my latest:

Another suggestion was to get Peter to post as well.  I asked him and he definitely said he would – he just never thought people would like to hear from him.  But, he will definitely post now as well.  So, look out for his posts.  Well, its early in the morning and I better get to bed so I will maybe post again later today.  Have a good Monday everyone.

What Do You Think?

April 12, 2009 – 12:04 am | by Adrian

So, I have been meaning to make this post for awhile but I am just wondering on what people’s thoughts are on what I can add/do to make this blog a better blog.  I really want this blog to grow and grow everyday and I know there are a lot smarter people out there than me so what does everyone suggest?  Is there something I can do to make this blog a little more interactive or more vibrant?  Obviously, diaper things happen everyday but I figured people would like to hear about other stuff sometimes or experience other things so I am just sort of wanting to hear from everyone on what they think I should do to make this blog grow?  Hope to get some good comments.  Thanks!

The Perfect Diaper Position

April 6, 2009 – 12:20 am | by Adrian

I wanted to share my experience of what I like to call “The Perfect Diaper Position”.  When I refer to this I am referring to the best position I lay to sit/lay/stand that makes me feel the best when it comes to having a diaper on.  Now, I am not the biggest AB in the world as some may know (I am more of a DL) but I do like certain AB aspects.  My perfect position is laying on my stomach with just a nice fresh Bambino Diaper on and my sports bra while on top of a nice made up bed.  I love it…when my bed is all made up and room is all clean and just laying on top of my nice made up bed with a fresh thick diaper on.  I typically will just fall asleep for a little bit and take a nap maybe during the day after my workout or something.  To many this may not seem very AB but doing this really does something to me inside.  It makes me have this indescribable feeling of being ‘babyish’ because my diaper butt is technically sticking up so if I have an accident whether it be a wet or messy diaper that Peter will just be able to come in while I am napping and pull back my diaper and check me.  Its really hard to describe but this combination of not only the position and comfort but mixed with emotions and experiences with this makes this my killer perfect combination of making me feel like a baby with a nice thick diaper on.  My room is typically set at the perfect temperature so being able to sleep on top of all the covers is easily possible to me because my bed is so important to me in regards to coziness.

While, I have a few other positions that make me feel very babyish, this one probably does it for me the most.  It is one of my favorite things as I love not wearing pants around my place because there is just something about my little diapered butt showing that I actually like.  I know, strange.  Its strange because I like the little outpouching sometimes that the Bambino Diaper makes especially when you first put it on where it actually looks like you pooped in it – but you didn’t (at least not yet hehe) but I don’t know why I like that little minute detail about the diaper but I do.  I guarantee though there are little quirky but specific things that many other ABDL’s out there love about their diapers or the position they sit/lay/stand when having a diaper on.  Feel free to share your thoughts with me as I really do love hearing from others.
