Check-out Babykins, they've got some great products at half the price of the other companys selling these items. They will help control the leaks, and they will also make for some very nice pictures. Pictures of disposable diapers are great, but some of plastic panties over the top are a great change-up. I've been using the new Dry 24/7 diapers (www.dry247.com) for a little over a month now and I can honestly say I've never had one leak. They will seriously hold all day... 8-10 hours... with no problem. I put one on in the morning, work all day, then come home and change. I understand that thicker diapers can create wardrobe problems for the ladies... but I think we all have to realise that if you want to stay leak free for a long time the thicker diapers are the way to go. Do you slow-drip or does a lot come out at once (like you would have from a bladder spasm)? When my girlfriend used to have spasms, so thicker was generally better (except when it wasn't enough). :( I've heard that cloth can be better for some types of inco, but I know what types (and bowel inco makes it less viable anyways). What brand(s) do you wear during the day? A thicker one (molicare / x-plus) or a thinner one (attends/store brand)?
