Leaky Diapers

Not to much going on this evening, just getting ready to jump in the shower here but wanted to post one last time tonight before I did :) somehow once I get out of the warm shower, get in my nice fresh diaper and then usually by that time I am about out for the count!

I was thinking today because no matter how hard I try at work I ALWAYS leak. The thing is when a girl uses a diaper there i only one way she can pee, haha not to make anyone feel weird or anything. But since everything just goes striaght down into the diaper I ALWAYS leak. No matter how many diapers i put on and no matter how many booster I will leak no matter what! I don’t know what to do or if there is some way of solving this but it has become a problem. sometimes if I am sitting down it is not as bad, but then I tend to leak through the butt of the diaper. :( I guess I just am always going to be bad.. haha that’s what peter always tesll me!

Alright well shower time..Hugs!

have you tried plastic pants over top?

I know this is a little personal, but what kind of leakage do you have? Do you slow-drip or does a lot come out at once (like you would have from a bladder spasm)?

When my girlfriend used to have spasms, so thicker was generally better (except when it wasn’t enough). :( I’ve heard that cloth can be better for some types of inco, but I know what types (and bowel inco makes it less viable anyways). What brand(s) do you wear during the day? A thicker one (molicare / x-plus) or a thinner one (attends/store brand)?

    Sorry. :(

If it is any consolation, at least you “go” in the same place in the diaper (in the middle) where we can point up or down. When it is up, sometimes the diaper is completely useless.

you should give abena X-Plus a try, I find that they have that right balance of pulp and polymer to really help stop leaks, and help to wick away what is already there, so that same spot can take more without leaks. I am also incontinent, and used to leak all the time, and now I almost never leak, and it is usually because I have waited too long to change, and it happens when I sit down.

Honestly… a thicker diaper is probably your best bet. I’ve been using the new Dry 24/7 diapers (www.dry247.com) for a little over a month now and I can honestly say I’ve never had one leak. They will seriously hold all day… 8-10 hours… with no problem. I put one on in the morning, work all day, then come home and change.

I understand that thicker diapers can create wardrobe problems for the ladies… but I think we all have to realise that if you want to stay leak free for a long time the thicker diapers are the way to go.

Yup, I would strongly reccomend plastic panties, considering the number of leaks you seem to experience. Check-out Babykins, they’ve got some great products at half the price of the other companys selling these items. They will help control the leaks, and they will also make for some very nice pictures. Pictures of disposable diapers are great, but some of plastic panties over the top are a great change-up.

I use to leak often until my wife and my secetary got together and decided if I wet my pants like a baby I needed to be treated like one,at first I thought I was going to die of
embarasment , they check & change my diaper often and like a baby I have to obey my mommies
in things that pertain to my babyhood. as embarasing as it is,that everyone close to me knows that I have to wear diapers like a baby, I have found that mommy’s know best
and I am a lot happier and drier
