		<description>the best way to lose weight is to eat grilled food more then gressy foods i eat grilled chicken 4 times a week and eggs evry morning i eat mainly chicken and terkey and i allways grill my food even my eggs yes it sonds weird but is very efectiv i use a skillit on my grill for the eggs it cooks them perfect evry time and i eat vegey a lot and frute that shud get some people out the to loss some weight .</description>

I think it is important to note that one&#039;s thoughts towards eating and exercise are an influence in one&#039;s ability to lose weight. When food is eaten with thoughts towards enjoying the food, the body assimilates/digests the food better; on the other hand, if one eats while stressed about possible weight gain, it is no surprise that the body tries to hold-on to those calories. For me, this has worked well to feel better both emotionally and physically. 

Anyway, it is great to hear that you are eating healthier!

By the way, to comment on the whole before/after weight for diapers, one should note that there are POUNDS of waste sitting in the body. It is not surprising to note large drops in weight after (I think?) suppositories are prescribed--as might be used to evacuate the colon, in preparation for a colonoscopy. Personally, I find weight to be a bit misleading. I focus on muscle tone, because I know that muscles consume far more energy than fat tissue; more muscle = better fat-weight control.</description>

		<description>start out your day with a bottle of water., the first thing you should eat is some carbs...(hash browns, home fries)...and just eat lightly all day. When you eat out just make sure to lay off the bread and red meat. Try to stay away from whole meals. Hope all works out!</description>
