Ha! I know exactly what you mean about those McDonalds Cheeseburgers.

I used to get one every once in a while on my walk home from school, and by the time I got home I was sure to be reasy for a nice healthy filling of my diaper. Thanks for the other advice!

Another surefire way I've found to keep from getting too backed up - though also not the healthiest way - is the unbeatable combination of coffee and cigarettes. With my morning cup (or two or three) and the first cigarette of the morning, I always ensure "taking care of business" before I even have to leave the house for the day. Even if you don't smoke, a cup of coffee does wonders on expediting evacuation.

Good tips. This here link (http://www.gaybabydiaperhangout.com/guide.pdf) has a pretty good guide about which foods make defecation/urination easier. I don't know how accurate it is but it agrees with what Adrian says for the most part. It's aimed towards people who want to be incontinent, which ain't me, but the food recommendations are sensible and actually pretty healthy.

For my own part, I never noticed any ease in defec--um, pooping after eating McDonalds food, just wicked gas. The kind that makes grown men flee, coughing.

Great post! A variation of cereal that works for me is oatmeal. Very high in fiber, very health, and very bulky. Whenever I eat lots of oatmeal in the morning I usually have a HUGE bowel movement before noon. As andrew stated, exercise always speeds up this process for me and if I try to put of going to the bathroom I find myself doubled over with cramps trying to hold back a very fat poo from pushing out. There have been a few times when I genuinely wished I had a diaper on because I almost had a very full load in my pants.

Great title for the post!
I would like to add that not only high fiber fruits and veggies to make a "healthy" diaper, but get some EXERCISE as well. Exercise speeds up the metabolism which pushes waste out to make room for more food.

Love the site. Thanks
