But if you pee less when you're working out (which I've noticed myself too - even though I definitely am not wearing a diaper, nor am I peeing in my pants), then wouldn't the pullup not need to hold as much? When you're done working out change into something more substantial - or just put it over the pullup liner! =)

Sam: I don't talk about pooping my diapers because to me its honestly not a big deal and though I am sure some readers find it interesting. This blog is me expressing myself and my tips not to share in-depth diaper pooping experiences. I do share a few from time to time but honestly I am very down to earth and normal person that enjoys and has to wear diapers and I don't sit around trying to always think about how my readers want to hear about pooping in diapers. But, comment noted.

Patrick: Adult pull-ups are horrible in my experience - they do not hold anything so I stay away from them.

I have worn diapers for bike riding, which is really beneficial. Diapers for golf don't work very well, because I start to chaffe so badly and get a rash on my thighs.

I never thought about it, but wearing a diaper while you exerise, I bet you it does get in the way. Maybe you can wear a pull up?

I use 'snib' when woring out, those tie on pants with an insert(soaker) or a tight fitting plastic pant with a soaker in it cause its no fun working out with pee running down your legs.

I'm also female incontient, but am in decent shape. My butts too big, but seems men like that more than skinny, so... I'll live with it. ;)

I have to wear a diaper when I workout because if I strain too hard I end up sometimes pooping my pants! Doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that one out. I have to be careful and poop ahead of time, but you know how it goes; sometimes I just don't really know, and my schedule can be erratic. If I do poop my diaper when I exercise I immediately stop, clean up, and put a fresh diaper on and continue. In fact, it happenned just this morning! Fortunately,m I eat well and my poop is usually solid, though voluminous. I eat a lot, but eat carefully, and work out to burn it off. Perfect recipe for good solid poops - though they can make for a really heavy diaper!! I would love to hear more detail about this from those "in the know". It's curious to me that you, Adrian, don't talk about this, very significant, part of diaper wearing. Oh, I know you mention pooping your diaper, but none of the "drama" or details involved. People, I find, are interested in the details. Thanks for having this forum!

Mike: I have never trained for a Marathon though that would be super neat one day.

Anonymous: Not getting too scientific but you actually do not urinate as much during workouts because your body is trying to conserve water because you are already losing a lot of water by sweating. PLUS, if I pee a little then it really doesn't matter because I am already sweating down there and you couldn't tell I actually wet.

If you don't wear a diaper for harder workouts, how do you keep from wetting yourself, your clothing, gym equipment, etc?

Do you simply drink less so that you don't have to pee while working out?
