I used to like snow when I was young, and it's still OK, but it makes navigation difficult. Being blind, I rely on many ground cues that are covered when it snows, at least until the plows and shovels come through. I'd far rather have snow than ice or sleet though. I'd imagine a diaper would be warm while dry or freshly wet, but liquids have a habit of quickly adopting the more prevalent temperature, which means unless you are capable of keeping it warmer than the outside is of making it colder, that wet diaper's going to get cold mighty quick. But they have these LOVELY "hot carpets" here in japan, which is a rug with a heater under it. I have been putting on my diapers on my toasty warm carpet, and it is very very relaxing. I also draw pictures in my sketch book, or snuggle with my bunnies on the carpet too.. it is soooo wonderful! There isn’t much snow here around Tokyo…. but it did snow today.

The snow here in Alberta is usually dry and powdery, not like that heavy wet snow you get down east. Dry/powdery snow makes it extremely difficult to make snowmen or even snow forts, however it's so much fun to go 4x4ing in the snow with your truck!
