Kay, Diapers, and What Happened

A lot of people are wondering what happened to Kay so long ago. I am sorry I never responded to a lot of you but I did respond to some people. I try to respond to everyone but as you can imagine I get tons of emails and I just never got around to making a post about it. Kay as you know is incontinent like me and is into the DL thing a little bit but she just didn’t feel like there was any benefit for her to be blogging and she was not to fond of the attention she got. Not to say she didn’t appreciate some of it – but there was some attention she said that made her uncomfortable. That with a combination of that she is not into the AB or DL scene that much – she just decided it wasn’t for her. Which is definitely understandable. I told her to try it out and see what she thought and it just wasn’t for her.

She really is a kind person and very down to earth. She said her and her boyfriend tried to meet a lot of people but most everyone of them either chickened out or just couldn’t relate on a mature level. She shares a lot of the same ideas that I feel on certain things and it is unfortunate. A lot of people if you meet them or talk to them, all they can relate to you on or talk to you about is diapers. Which, yes, diapers are a big part of my life and hers as well but that is not all we are about…she was looking for real friends and people they could get a long with and have fun with doing what typical friends do. But, she said that most everyone just couldn’t get past that whole diaper thing and it just became awkward.

That is where I find it very important for ABDLs. Do not lose your social life over it. Diapers can be a huge part of your life whether your incontinent, AB, DL, ABDL, mommy, daddy, whatever – but don’t let it rule your life. You have to have other aspects of your life that does not revolve around diapers because in the end once the diaper stuff does fade if you meet someone – you would like to have a good true friend and not just a diaper friend. At least that is how I look at things and how I base who we attempt to meet offline. We are very supportive of the ABDL community but we will really only meet people that we have talked to for a while and developed a good friendship online that doesn’t revolve around everything diapers. Just my suggestion for those out there looking to meet other girls or guys for that matter…your life is not diapers – it may be a big part – but you are a person too! Don’t forget that

Sorry For Delay Everybody

Hey everyone – sorry for the delay in posting everyone. Been dealing with a few changes in my life that I will be sure to splurge about on this blog very soon! Just very busy and everyone will understand why I have been so busy when I explain it but can’t get into it right now. I appreciate everyone’s patience and definitely VERY soon expect a lot more and a few EXTRAS added to the blog! I am excited for some upcoming things that I am doing for the blog to make it even BETTER. Just gotta get through this little change part of my life that is keeping me so busy and I will be ramping up my posting and adding all the cool extras that I know everybody will love. I hope everyone had a great 4th of July in the United States and have been having a good week thus far everywhere else!

Profiles Update

So, I wanted to let everybody know that I have been hard at work on getting profiles working! And you will all be happy to know that I have successfully got profiles to work! I am making a few minor tweaks in the setting and what not but I will put up instructions on how to register a profile and what they can be used for later when I get the registration up! Hopefully, this will add more interaction to this blog than it already is and open up more possibilities! Lots of different things will come from this, I promise – as well as it will be kept moderated and safe…stay tuned!

My Personality and I Heart Diapers

Many people have “questioned” why I blog and say the things that I say. Some people find it hard to believe that a 20 something year old girl that actually has a life chooses to come onto a blog and tell complete strangers and a male dominated group about her life and happenings. I would say a lot of it comes out of jealousy to be quite honest. I am not trying to “toot my own horn” but the reality is that many of those that say things like this look at my situation and since they do not have it, they automatically assume its not real or fake. It is unfortunate but seems to be a large part of some people’s psyche. There are a lot of things that I do not have or that other people have that they love about their life that seems out of reach to me but I do not sit there and say that it is untrue. I am sure there are some other reasons for people to question why a girl that wears diapers comes onto a blog and reveals so much about her life. Probably some of them include the fact that this is the internet and some people just don’t trust others (understandable), some people think they “know” girls (lol), and some people probably just think they are “good” at picking out bullshit. Anytime anyone does these to me, its extremely laughable to me. Don’t get me wrong – it may seem like I reveal a lot about myself but in reality I do leave out revealing factors about me, certain happenings, etc. that would completely expose me, what I do, where I work, etc etc…so I guess some things don’t seem to add up to people sometimes because quite frankly they don’t LOL. I include snippets of my life, not my WHOLE life. I change names of others a lot of times, exclude names of local places, etc because I can’t reveal everything unfortunately.

Anyways, the main reason I do what I do on this blog is because it is a way for me to express a lot of my inner-feelings about diaper related things. I am a very emotional person and diapers are an emotional, spiritual, mental, and physical part of my life. I can’t exactly release all my thoughts and emotions about diapers and adult baby type stuff in the real world so I blog. Some people wonder what I could possibly get from every once and a while spilling the beans about a messy diaper happening or something like that…well here is the reason so many of you have been waiting for: I find the notion and idea of certain things like messing in my diaper, wetting my diaper, diaper changes, diapers in public, etc to be quite exciting even after so many years…especially after embracing the whole diaper lover thing and becoming involved. Yeh, yeh – it happens everyday and I should be immune to it all – but that is just not the case for me. No matter how you spin it, wearing diapers is “different” then the norm in society unfortunately…so its hard to completely forget about diapers in every aspect of my life even though it is so second nature. So, sometimes it builds up and I just want to talk about it and express some of the adrenaline rushing events that happen in my life. Plain and simple. Some things that happen to me are second nature but to some of you probably would not be and would be exciting.

My personality is very forward. I have always been that way. I have to find a way to express myself on certain things and really there is not too many ways to express yourself in diaper related things in my case unless its to Peter basically so this is my main outlet. Other reasons are still big and they include helping others, showing people that not everyone in the ABDL community is crazy, interacting with people, etc. There are good people in the world and I try to be one of them. I am not perfect as many close to me will tell you but just realize that while some of the things I say or do may seem far-fetched to you, that does not mean they aren’t true or something like that. I try to address things that are beneficial to others a lot of times and help them see the “light” per se. I will NEVER just flat out lie on this blog on purpose because that is just not me…so I choose to leave some things out sometimes which if YOU (the reader) had that information some things might “add” up on some things a bit better. But, I can’t always give you every tid bit of my life.

Wednesday Randomness

I have been a bit under the weather lately, I guess from the weather change around here. I don’t really know. Things have been kind of slow and I find myself sort of just meandering around the internet randomly (I know, thrilling, right?) Anyways, so I found this neat site that has nothing to do with diapers but its a fun way to waste some time online while also earning things. One of my girlfriends from college showed it to me and invited me, since it is invite only and I have been doing it nonstop. You basically get points for logging in everyday, answering questions, watching music videos, and umm little episodes and stuff also. You can take those points and cash them in for like ipods, imacs, t-shirts, money, video game systems, etc. I have already earned an IPod Shuffle! So, its on its way. Anyways, its invite only so if you would like an Invite to it, just leave me your email address either in the comments of this post or send me an email via my contact page and I will send you an invite to it. I am sure some of you may be part of the website as its gaining popularity! My Parents and How They Handled My Incontinence

Many people have been asking me about how my parents dealt with the fact that I had incontinence. So, I figured I would take some time to explain the transition/process that ensued from a young age when they realized that I was not able to be potty trained.

In the beginning, my parents like most parents, tried to potty train me starting with using pull ups and gradually weaning me to try to use one of those portable potty things. Needless to say it was always a hit or miss type thing because sometimes you would get lucky and it would be the right timing and sometimes it wouldn’t. I would sit on the potty for a long time but I never had to go sometimes, so I would put the pull up or diaper sometimes back on and sure enough 15 minutes later I had either wet or messed. While my parents knew from birth that my bladder and certain areas were not developing properly according to multiple doctors and they said I may end up being incontinent, my parents of course thought they could “beat it” somehow. They tried using alarms that would buzz which entailed these pad like things that were stuffed inside your diaper that when moisture hit it, it would buzz (super annoying). Nothing worked. They probably tried for a good 2 years off and on different methods but once they felt like they were making progress I would continually lose control and I still required diapers and pull ups no matter where I went.

My parents finally took me to a urologist that specialized in working with children. He ran all the obvious tests, scans, etc and basically confirmed what my parents knew. Due to physical abnormalities/defects in development which have caused certain nerves to not be able to sense the need to urinate or defecate as well as an underdeveloped bladder and a few other things, he concluded, all this in combination is what is likely causing my urinary and bowel incontinence. He said that there were certain surgeries that could be performed but they were not guaranteed and the success rate for physical abnormalities is quite low and the risk to damaging reproductive organs and such was moderate. My parents decided to not take the risk and this is where it truly all began.

That day my parents took me home after of course taking me to McDonald’s because they felt bad after all the tests and stuff they had put me through. I got my Happy Meal (sorry, I remember this day vividly). Anyways, when we got home they explained it to me that basically your going to have to wear a diaper or pull up for a while longer…they didn’t tell me forever at this time because I think they might of thought it would scare me. At the time I did not really care…I was 5 years old almost 6. Pull ups were what I was mainly using at the time. Time went on and I eventually switched to Goodnights but it became clear as I got older (eh, around age 11 or so) that absorbency was becoming an issue.

My parents eventually told me the truth around this time that I was probably going to be wearing diapers or some sort of protection for the rest of my life. That is also when they concluded that I needed better absorbency because I had experienced a greater frequency of leaking. I don’t know what sort of youth adult diapers they bought me at the time but I just remember they were a lot more comfortable then what they make now a days. My parents typically changed my diapers probably 90% of the time until I was around 15ish when it became more infrequent and I would say changed me probably about half of the time. Usually when I only wet my diaper it was mainly up to me to change it but when I messed they would usually help me out.

My parents have always told me that this was the way God made you and you should not be ashamed of it. That is probably the reason they have always been so understanding and supportive through it instead of fighting it tooth and nail my whole life. They accepted it and made the best of it, as have I. So, hopefully that explained a general overview of the transition process with my parents and how they handled my incontinence.

Saturday Night Boredom

So, it is Saturday night and I am still feeling a little woozy. I am all alone as the boyfriend is out of town for a couple days. Just sitting here watching a bunch of love movies, yeh I know, in the end under all my forwardness and opinionated self; I am really a sappy love sensitive person. I have already rewatched The Notebook, The Hangover (LOL great movie), and currently watching A Time Traveler’s Wife (awww I know).

Anyways, sort of sucks not having someone to change my diaper, honestly. I mean I do it myself sometimes but I guess when you are so use to someone else changing you, it stinks to clean it up yourself. Definitely, not easy. Fortunately, I have had only one big mess to really clean up and I ended up just hopping in the shower to clean myself off because I was getting so frustrated trying to get myself perfectly wiped and cleaned up. I am a clean freak, so I have to have my butt really clean after a big mess and I could not fully clean it with just wipes. So, I hopped in the shower for literally 45 seconds and all done!

I know I am rambling but I enjoy spewing off in my blog posts sometimes because I feel like I can always depend on my loyal readers that are so nice to me to listen And, I thank all of you for that! You all are the best!

Being Sick in Diapers

I have been feeling a bit under the weather lately. Yeh, I’ve been sick the past day or so. I still am feeling the effects of it. I have been feeling pretty weak to the point I basically stayed in bed most of the day…so that is why I did not post. Sorry. Besides the fact that I have been sick, its kind of nice not going to work and just being able to basically just have a diaper on in the bed all day. Its a relaxing feeling but if you feel like crap being sick it sort of takes some of the relaxing and fun out of it.

Again, sorry for the lack of posting the past day or two, I have just been sick and its been rough…lots of diaper changes to say the least. Yeh….the messy diaper changes type too….eek. Graphic. I told you I wasn’t feeling well. Anyways, I hopefully am almost fully recovered. Hopefully, everyone is having a good week!

Just a quick note – if I continually see my photos popping up and being shared on other sites then I will stop taking photos, period. I take specific measures to clearly state that my photos are Copyrighted and DND. If some of you want to continually rip my photos and share them then I will easily put a stop to that by not sharing anymore photos. I don’t mind sharing photos from MY blog and I know some people are going to rip them for themselves somehow but I ask that you not spread them. If I continually see it being done then I will stop posting photos of myself all together, simple as that. I know this is by no means the majority but I do not appreciate it when people clearly go out of their way to rip the photos when I have taken certain measures, OBVIOUSLY, to protect them. Be respectful people, come on.

We are just sitting here watching sports. Not doing anything too exciting. I took a quick shower after work and then got diapered up and now am laying around in a Bambino and sweatshirt. Its probably one of my coziest outfits though. I have this old raggedy sweatshirt/hoodie that is so super comfortable.
