They’ve been on FB for a little while now. Also ABUniverse is on FB to and usually does the same thing. I got them both on “Like” on my FB page. My family doesn’t know about my diaper habits but if they look around my page they will and I really don’t mind. If they have questions they know how to reach me! Which they hardly ever do, so oh well. No harm no foul on me! There are worse things in Life that could harm a body. they should be happy I’m not doing those lol.

Apparently Facebook is cracking down on their one-account-per-person rule (is this new, within the last month?), or I maybe I just tripped a red flag, but today I logged in to my DL account, left a comment on the Bambino page, and was immediately prompted to log in again and enter a phone number for account verification. D’oh, busted! Well, I can see where they’re coming from, and why they wouldn’t be too keen on having a bunch of fetishist sock-puppets (or worse) running amok in their community. It’s their site, their rules, so that’s fair enough by me. In all honesty, if I’m unwilling to have “Jonathan Smitherson likes Bambino Diapers” broadcast to the news streams of everyone on my friends list (which includes extended family), then I really don’t belong on Facebook. On the bright side, I did get to vote in the naming contest before my bogus FB account got suspended, so it wasn’t a total loss for me.

I would imagine Bambino has invested some capital in trying to get into social media marketing since it’s the hip thing to do these days, and I hope for their sake that it works out for them or that they can find another (or additional) venue or medium that is a better match for our somewhat timid and socially-unaccepted niche market.
